I’m Chee, a friendly physiotherapist and coach with over a decade of experience in the industry.
I've worked with a diverse range of clients throughout my professional life, and I absolutely love helping runners, gym goers, everyday athletes and people with long term conditions such as those with chronic low back pain.
During our sessions, I use hands-on therapies like soft tissue release and dry needling with targeted exercise prescription and education around your condition. My goal is to provide you with care that is confidence-building ensuring you leave each session with a clear plan.
Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with my dog Ramen, working out and planning our next overseas trip (maybe Japan next year?).

I’m Keegan, an Allied Health Assistant with a passion for helping people achieve their exercise and lifestyle goals.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, and I love creating tailored plans that help them succeed whether it’s training for a 5km fun run or preparing for a fitness event. Currently I am finalising my degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and look forward to implementing my expanded skillset into client’s journeys.
During our sessions I take a holistic approach, looking at all the factors that might influence your health and recovery. I use exercise testing to track progress and make sure each plan we put together is tailored to best suit you.
Outside of work I love chasing a wave, training in the gym for my next fitness comp or cooking up a feast on the BBQ.

I’m the friendly face (and voice) behind the scenes at Good Vibes Physio. My role is to make sure everything runs smoothly for you — from booking your sessions to keeping all the little details organised so you can focus on your recovery (and our team can focus on your treatment!).
I love being that person clients can reach out to for anything they need, whether it’s rescheduling, or just a quick check-in. My goal is to make your experience with us easy, welcoming and stress-free.
Outside work, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip, curled up with a good book, singing along to K-pop, or spending time with my three dogs.
