A typical session includes:

Discussion – Clear explanations of what’s going on and why.
Treatment & Rehabilitation – Hands-on therapy and specific exercises to restore movement and confidence.
You’ll leave your session with a clear plan and the knowledge to continue improving between visits.

Choose comfortable, loose clothing that allows movement and lets us access the area being treated.
We have a bathroom and change area available for your convenience.

Some clients feel slight soreness after their first session, which is normal and temporary.

No, you can book directly with us — no referral required.
If you have a GP referral, EPC, or Medicare Care Plan, please bring it along.
We accept care plans but do not bulk bill.

Dry needling is one of the many techniques our physios use, but it’s not offered as a standalone service.
We always start with an assessment to ensure dry needling is the right treatment for you and combine it with other therapies for long-term results.
